Very funny and original idea. Its very funny, however, this is not a need so if u dont have extra cash lying around u do not need to buy.

0 Stars!! I tried it on several different pictures and it was a complete waste of time. The pictures look dark and the rain is barely visible.

Ive been using this app for years. Definitely one of the best photo editing apps there is! I love all of the options and the depths of edits that are provided.

Great app! Tons of easy to use customizations to get the exact feel you want. I made a crazy storm out on a boat for fun. But could also be used for more artistic things, etc. Nice that an app exists with such a good focus on perfecting one effect for people without Photoshop skills

Best to use on photos taken on cloudy or semi rainy days
